We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager in our Glasgow Offices working with a number of clients located in both Scotland and the rest of the UK. This exciting opportunity will suit individuals with previous experience of providing excellent service to customers at a senior level. The role will be working collaboratively with clinicians, administrators, clients and their employees. As well as the day to day management of key clients, this key member of the team also supports sales with presentations, will need to attend client meetings across a wide geographical area and prepare monthly client statistics to a professional level. This role will also support our team of Medical Administrators based in Aberdeen, Bradford and Hitchin.

Key skills for this role include a robust level of IT competency and the ability to use spreadsheets for analytical purposes. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to provide guidance to a diverse team of people at different levels. Our team of dedicated Key Account Managers facilitate this through a clear understanding of our services, systems, policies and procedures together with their ability to draw the best from the team they are a part of. Key Account Managers are also expected to be able to work at an operational level when needed
