Service Management

All clients have direct access to a dedicated Contract manager and support team. We ensure continuity of service so clients are always working with people they know.

All of our services are managed electronically within our own in-house developed management system. The system can be accessed by clients using a normal web-browser using https secure protocol. All data within the system is encrypted using separate encryption keys.

The system provides comprehensive access permissions and a huge range of features for both Occupational Health staff and clients. Clients can refer cases online, receive case alerts online and via e-mail, receive Management Advice reports online and via e-mail, view activity reports online and much more. Additional portals are provided for Schools to refer and manage cases and also for Line Managers to refer/review cases.

The system is supported by our in-house development team. We are continually adding features and functionality to improve services and respond to changing client needs. Because the system is our own and we have our own development team we are able to develop features and functionality or customise processes for clients much faster than health providers using third party systems.
