Heales Medical is growing, and we’re looking for motivated physicians to join our Occupational Health team. We work with a wide range of public and private organisations—including NHS trusts, local authorities, national companies and specialist industries—delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical services.

We welcome fully qualified Occupational Health Physicians as well as doctors with relevant experience or a strong interest in developing their career in occupational health.

We’re also very open to flexible working, including:

  • Health surveillance and statutory medicals
  • Complex case management & return-to-work advice
  • Clinical support to our wider OH team
  • Workplace assessments & evidence-based recommendations
  • Clear, high-quality medical reporting

What you’ll bring:

  • GMC registration (MFOM/FFOM/AFOM/DOccMed ideal, but not essential)
  • Experience or a strong interest in occupational health
  • Confident clinical judgement and excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of UK OH legislation and best practice
  • A collaborative, patient-centered approach

Why join Heales Medical?

  • A well-established, innovative OH provider (founded 1999)
  • Regulated services with strong clinical governance
  • Diverse and rewarding client base
